Today, the entire process – from a case coming in to it being invoiced – is managed in Odoo. Customer inquiries land in the CRM, communication takes place there, quotes are created and sent, and everything is linked to the same case. It’s easy to follow up, see what has been done, and what remains.
“It makes the entire sales process easier. We get an enormously better overview and can extract statistics in a completely different way.”
What previously required multiple tools and a lot of manual work now happens with just a few clicks. Everyday life has become significantly easier – and more secure.

Thanks to Odoo’s openness, IT-Bolaget has full insight into what’s happening behind the scenes. “We get a clear specification of how any issues have been resolved by Linserv, and thanks to the open source code, we can see what was done and how. It creates transparency and confidence.”
